cos i cant go on FOBrock, i might as well say it here. thank you guys sooo much for releasing the mixtape! im so happy i ran home from school cos it was downloading while i was spending my day humming pretty in punk through japanese, music, social studies and maths. and i live a few kilometres away from school. but i sprinted. i never heard anything by most of these bands, but now that i have this little taste tester of the bands, im addicted. hey monday are amazing. the cab kick arse, four year strong are catchy as hell, and thats only 3 bands! (cos i cant think of anymore adjectives.) and like i put on my bebo (heh) you guys are back and better than ever. :)

lake effect kid = happy happy me. patrick's voice is amazing.
you should listen to his voice on a song from evening out with your girlfriend, and then one from TTTYG, then FUTCT, then infinity on high, and now, its an ever changing amazingness.

haha in any case, that was a fun time. my friend wasn't even into fall out boy before this week. but when I got her to help me investigate the clues, she got so hooked that she downloaded the mixtape when it finally came out and I'm pretty sure she's finding that she does indeed enjoy your music!

uh... shouldn't the band decide what kind of band they are? that's part of being an artist; expressing yourself in whatever way you see fit.
it's not their fault you were dumb enough to get a tattoo of them. I would hope you got it for a good reason, and not just to look "cool" having the name of some "cool" band on your body. if the music meant something to you at that time, THAT music still should today, and if that's the case then you have no reason to be upset.
if this puts you into a state of depression, your life is small, go outside and live a little.
this is a whole lot of attitude coming from a fall out boy fan, as if they were EVER really a punk band.

they were a punk band you moron. a pop punk band. one of the better ones. the tattoo isnt "fall out boy" but its fob related.
and music means alot to me; so excuse me when a band who's music has impacted me and helped me through alot sorely dissapoints and im affected by it.
you have to admit that their sound has not steadily and reasonably progressed. they went from pop punk to pop rock to pop...something. with their last two albums and onto this new one.
it seems to me that they've become another casualty of the scene. another band who has let too many other minds get invovled in their music.
im not a 16 year old little scene kid who got a bartskull tattooe on my neck and only knows fob for sugar we're going down. im a true fan of their music and im truly hurt by the direction they've taken.

Patrick wearing his glasses makes me feel incredibly cooler when I wear my glasses.
When famous people wear glasses, its an automatic self-confidence booster. For me, at least.
please keep some version (at least) of ALPHAdog and OMEGAlomaniac and DON'T scrap it. the guitar + patrick's voice, blows. my. mind. also, i absolutely love the lake effect lyrics. and think they song would sound amazing acoustic.

You know why I'm so excited about the new CD? Not only is it new music to rock out to. . .but it means more tours. More shows. More of me rocking out in the middle of a circle pit to my favorite band. *sighs* I can't wait for the magic again. It's going to be amazing.

it's not their fault you were dumb enough to get a tattoo of them. I would hope you got it for a good reason, and not just to look "cool" having the name of some "cool" band on your body. if the music meant something to you at that time, THAT music still should today, and if that's the case then you have no reason to be upset.

this is a whole lot of attitude coming from a fall out boy fan, as if they were EVER really a punk band.
and music means alot to me; so excuse me when a band who's music has impacted me and helped me through alot sorely dissapoints and im affected by it.
you have to admit that their sound has not steadily and reasonably progressed. they went from pop punk to pop rock to pop...something. with their last two albums and onto this new one.
it seems to me that they've become another casualty of the scene. another band who has let too many other minds get invovled in their music.
im not a 16 year old little scene kid who got a bartskull tattooe on my neck and only knows fob for sugar we're going down. im a true fan of their music and im truly hurt by the direction they've taken.
