People already figured it out, it was another one of Fall Out Boy's retardedly awesome shenanigans where they send postcards to a couple of their fans with clues as to what #abracadabra is and the fans post pictures of the postcards on Twitpic or whatever(people signed up on this other secret website that was also hidden). Then some VERY dedicated fans look at every single noted postcard and try to figure it out. I think someone already did because I found the website too, FOB is releasing a Greatest Hits album with 2 new songs :) Look through a couple of Pete's tweets and he links the site.
Personally, I looked through the postcards too and used up 2 hours to find the damned website so if you don't feel like cheating you can still find all the clues ;) It's just Pete trying to accomplish his life goal of fucking with his fans' heads.

Did you ever watch the Public Broadcasting show 'Cosmos' as a kid? I had this starry-eyed hero worship of Carl Sagan that was probably, in hindsight, embarrassing to my family. Darn. >:D
