I was there, on stage too. pulled several people from the crowd on instead of swarming the band. it was good fun. restored my faith in the band, which was dwindling.

Awesome show tonight!! I was in the 3rd row and took like 30 billion pictures-it was so effing rad. The only downside was that I nearly got trampled when the kids rushed the stage- but other than that, I still give you mad respect for keeping that closeness with your fans. You're not too big to let the "normies" co-mingle with you guys on stage, really, I've been to a ton of shows, and I have never seen that from a band of your stature (no pun intended). Just being there to witness the intense joy & happiness that you brought to the crowd made it an incredibly memorable night. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for coming to Seattle!! Happy trails and toodle-ooo!

It's similar to what you posted but I was at the concert in Birmingham when you were wearing the monkey costume and you brushed against my arm coz I was at the front of the queue and it was one of the best moments of my life.

Yeah, it was for my birthday, but it was still like £600 [and the two concert tickets were only like £50 altogether]! But my dad likes them too, and my mum & dad decided to get me tickets coz I've had kind of a rough year :)

I got on stage June 4th, 2007 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Baltimore, MD. I got to shoot baseballs at Dirty...ahahaha. Best experience ever, though I was scared of that thing. Mainly because Charlie was like, "Don't touch that part!" which made me think it was gonna rip my hand off or something. You asked me why I was crying, but I was like blacked out when you said it so I didn't understand why you were pointing at me going, "Yeah...You." Hahaha. I found a video of it on YouTube.

Pete that was one of the best shows that I have seen you guys perform. You all were so on top of your game and I was so stoked to be a hell of a lot closer than I was at HCT last year. I wish Patrick would have talked more because he's so adorable and I just want to squish his face, but you guys were awesome. I'm totally digging the LED guitars and I got some pictures of them to send to you guys.

Having Ian play the 'Beat It' solo was just the icing on the cake. \o/

I can't blame you for wanting to go back to the hotel to see baby Bronx. I can only imagine how hard it is to be away from your family right now, especially with him being so new. But I was sorry that there were so many crazy fans crowding your space on stage too; I totally wouldn't have blamed you guys if you fled to avoid getting mauled. I think that not acting like retards and invading your personal space is a huge key to keeping after show meet and greets.

Still, I can't complain. I haven't had that much fun at a concert in ages. I didn't have a voice halfway through The Academy's set, but I wouldn't change a thing.

Thanks for being so inspirational to so many people and who the fuck cares what anyone else thinks? Just keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing it right.

I went to the chicago show pete. thanks for playing a little bit of everything. i had seats way up in the balcony but snuck up to the 4th row. dont know if you remember, but you flipped me off during thriller. that was a fucking badass show man. and i cant wait to see it on tv. got to stage dive during saturday. the security guy ripped my hoodie but it was totally worth it.

It good that you you posted some emails on your blog, it lets us know that you have been reading through some of them at least. I usually email people, but I understand if they don't reply back. I understand if you have to reply to one you have to reply to all of them.

It is amazing that she got on stage with you, I would love to get on stage and sing with all of you one day or go on tour with you. I have never thought about this before, it would give me a chance to travel and enjoy music.

so ive been a fan of you guys for years now and for some reason had yet to see you live.
and when this oppurtunity came, to see you guys i didnt let the fact that im 8 months pregnant get in my way.
although it killed me to not be in the pit, as close up as possible.
i was able to be in the front row on the balcony, safer for me and my unborn child.
some lady asked me to sit down cuz she couldnt see.
but i wasnt letting that interfere with the amazing time that i was having.
i was finally able to see you guys.
and it was the greatest thing of my life.
its something that ill be able to share with my unborn daughter.
im sure when shes born, she'll love your music too.
so thanks.

That show was amazing... I was on balcony and I didnt want to miss pit because I'm so used to being in one with you guys. I ran down the stairs, got yelled at security, still went in and joined the pit. I didn't expect the whole "Come on stage with us!" thing, it was really cool.

Now I cant say I've never been on stage with a popular band while they were singing... that was amazing.

and really pete, that show was perfection. it left me feeling like a kid on Christmas morning . i wanted to wait afterwards to try and find a way to talk to u guys but my sister was rushing us all to get back to the train and head home, ill try again someday so i can tell you guys in person just how important you are. i love you all! chicago loves you! the die hards will always love you! when Fob leaves for europe the fans i'll be counting the days till u come back around to the windy city. so much i can say but i'll leave you now :]

i admit i was one of the very few who stuck around to say hi and chat it up, but while i did that...i got a pic with Sisky business and ANOTHER picture with Ian soo it all worked out. You guys played an amazing amazing amazing show. I dont know how i made it through a year and half without seeing you guys. and i could not have been more grateful that i was on floor level so i could run down there during saturday, i didnt get onstage but i was close enough. i would break an arm, a leg, a rib just to get that close. i was close to breaking a leg, but it is all good. i hope to see you guys again soon!

it was such a killer show!! it really reminded me of the old days too...except for those DAMN SEATS! You dont understand how much that was killing me to stay confined to my seat....
kind of bummed no one stuck around...I did get to chill with some sisky biz and Jack though...and the random Ian apperance was a plus lol...Hope to see you again soon!
